Note: Due to the rising cost of tariffs, the expense associated with grooming each dog has significantly increased. As a result, effective August 1, 2025, full payment will be required at the time of drop-off for all grooming appointments.
If additional services—such as a bath, flea treatment, or de-matting—are deemed necessary, payment for those services will also be due at drop-off.
For de-matting services specifically, the grooming payment of $75.00 is required, along with a $150.00 deposit for de-matting. If the final de-matting cost is less than the deposit, the appropriate refund will be issued at the time of pickup.
Please note that any outstanding balance must be paid in full before your pet can be released following their grooming session.

Every groom includes the feet, face, fanny, nails, cut or trim and bath. Our policy is that you either pay in full online or you are required to leave a $35.00 deposit online that is not refundable. If you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded. When you come to your appointment, the 35.00 deposit will be added to your total due, and only the difference for your groom will be collected. Your $35.00 deposit secures your appointment time.
Refer 5 or more people to our services and receive full free groom for your pet For the month of July and August.
When you refer 5 paid new clients to P4 and they complete a paid groom, you will receive for your pet a Free Groom for your pets next grooming appointment.
Always be sure to flag any and all special conditions your dog have with our salon before their grooming, and have salon make a note of all pertinent information in your dog’s salon file..
